  • 2 tbsp Arif Berbere Add to Cart
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Ginger, minced
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 Chicken, cut into pieces
  1. Sweat onions until golden.
  2. Add garlic & ginger; cook 1 min.
  3. Simmer chicken and spices in broth for 1 hour.

  • 1 cup Red lentils
  • 1 Onion, chopped

  1. Sauté onions and garlic until softened.
  2. Add tomato paste and cook for 1 min.
  3. Add lentils and broth, simmer for 30 minutes.

  3. Slow-roast for 2 hours, glazing occasionally.
