Doro Wat
- 2 tbsp Arif Berbere Add to Cart
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Ginger, minced
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 Chicken, cut into pieces
- Sweat onions until golden.
- Add garlic & ginger; cook 1 min.
- Simmer chicken and spices in broth for 1 hour.
Traditional

Misir Wot
- 2 tbsp Arif Berbere Add to Cart
- 1 cup Red lentils
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 cups Vegetable broth
- Sauté onions and garlic until softened.
- Add tomato paste and cook for 1 min.
- Add lentils and broth, simmer for 30 minutes.
Traditional

Mitmita-Avocado Toast
- 1 Avocado, mashed
- 2 slices Toasted bread
- 1 tbsp Mitmita spice
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- Toast bread slices.
- Top with mashed avocado.
- Sprinkle with Mitmita spice and drizzle olive oil.
Modern

Maple-Berbere Glazed Ribs
- 2 tbsp Arif Berbere Add to Cart
- 4 Pork ribs
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Coat ribs with maple syrup, mustard, soy sauce, and spices.
- Slow-roast for 2 hours, glazing occasionally.
